Description: While some may see it as "Superhuman Strength", this technique is actually an application of medical ninjutsu, that demands the ability to concentrate and minute chakra control. An immense amount of chakra is kneaded inside the body, and a moment later all of it it is gathered into the fist. That chakra is then released into the target, which does a great amount of damage. With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip. When the ground is hit it is pulverized into minute pieces by the excess shock, which are then scattered like flower petals, giving rise to the name "Cherry Blossom Impact".

Description: The Fire Clone technique is similar to the Shadow Clone technique except it creates clones out of fire. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. Another advantage to this technique is that the clones body is hot to the touch, and during a Taijutsu battle the target will be burned. It also requires few hand signs.

Description: Hakke Sanjuunishou is a special technique passed down through the main family line of the Hyuuga Clan. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 32 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, and finally 32. This damage forceably closes 32 tenketsu, hampering the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use ninjutsu and genjutsu and severely cuts down their energy level.

Description: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. Description: Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Name: Hakkeshou Kaiten - Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin

Description: Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.
If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Name: Juuho Soushiken - Gentle Step Twin Lion Fist

Description: Juuho Soushiken is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Hinata. After gathering chakra to her fists, Hinata will skillfully spin towards her target to avoid attack and strike them. Spectral lion heads will then form around her fists.

Eight Trigrams Empty Palm
Rank: B
This technique is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist is formed to violently push the opponent away.

Description: After focusing chakra outside the body, the chakra is formed into needles and propelled at the user's target. By using Byakugan, this technique can be used to hit very small targets, such as bees should the user be very advanced. The tip of this needle is capable of cutting through almost anything, though aiming it is very difficult. Being that it is made of chakra, it is not visible to most. Blocking this technique is very difficult, and as such, it is best to dodge.

Description: Using their ability to expel chakra from every chakra point on their body, a member of the Hyūga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra that will send them flying away from the user. It is also used to blow away any prisoning technique.

When used it weakens the user for the first quarter of the cool down time.

It's main drawback is it's extreme chakra use making it difficult to use more than once without draining the user of all their chakra.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja can project a stream of sticky syrupy liquid which can be spit onto a surface to form an adhesive trap or onto a person to inhibit their mobility.
In the anime, it is shown that this technique's creation was inspired when Izumo knocked over a jar of syrup, which was previously being eaten plain by Kotetsu Hagane, and subsequently tripped in the sticky substance.

Description: This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points right before being struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. The user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. This jutsu is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack. If they cannot rotate, the user becomes vulnerable.

Description: Once the user uses this jutsu it cannot be undone. This can also be used on others who are willing. This jutsu works by Kurokon using his lightning powers to locate and extract the DNA that the KKG requires, after which the body of the user, or the target, will replicate itself, killing the old cells, but making new ones with the KKG added. This proccess is very painful and leaves the user/target weak for a topic. A body can hold up to three bloodlines, chakra, doujutsu, and body. If these types do not conflict, such as a kaguya, and a bloodline that hardens skin, it is allowed to fuse them to make them one.

Description: This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing, which greatly enhances their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this technique to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she healed injured ninja.

The training for this technique is quite arduous, as Tsunade repeatedly came at Sakura with full power to help her learn. Despite this, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes

Description: Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more power. Kakashi learned how to perform this ninjutsu before Kakashi Gaiden but was not able to sustain it long enough to connect. He finally made it work after a lightning bolt struck him and gave him enough power to use it and take revenge for Obito Uchiha's death. It is also said that Kakashi cut a lightning bolt in half with this technique. The first time he used it and the legend of him splitting said lightning bolt are speculated to be the origin of its name. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Raikiri requires much more chakra and better chakra control, which is examplfied in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, the Raikiri is more focused and blue. Like the Chidori, Kakashi can use the technique four times a day, which is an incredible feat, considering the intensity and chakra requirements. As seen when Orochimaru was talking to Kakashi after he used the Evil Sealing Method on Sasuke, he can apparently form the Raikiri at will without any hand seals. Somewhere in the time-skip, Kakashi developed the ability to cast the technique on both of his hands, which has only been seen while fighting the Akatsuki member Kakuzu.

Description: The user forms a normal chidori, or a variation and charges chakra around their hands before discharging the chakra forcing the lightning out at the opponent. What makes this jutsu more dangerous than chidori nagashi is that the user can have the lightning lock on to opponents chakra signatures and bio magnetic field. This can be used to increase the chance of the jutsu connecting as a completely fatal hit.

Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this jutsu to tamper with the seal on the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. The original seal allowed the Nine-Tails' chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal. Plague's version of the five seal can also be used to transfer the beings chakra to himself if said being is composed entirely of chakra.


Raikou Shunshin no Jutsu [Lightning Body Flicker Skill]
- A technique utilizing Lightning Chakra, Double Infuse, and Diffuse

- Effect: A technique where the user performing the necessary handseals thrusts their hand foreword and fire off a bolt of lightning. This bolt of lightning is actually not meant to hit the opponent, as where the lightning bolt strikes is where the user will transport.

Lightning Release • Spinning Lightning Shot [Raiton • Jiten Rakou Dangan]
- A lightning technique that sends a shot of lightning

- Rank : B
- Effect: Bring forth lightning that is compressed into a ball that sends forth shots of lightning, that spin through the air that has slight drill qualities, allowing the shot to partially get into the opponents body, giving them a powerful shock to the system, that can render the closest organ it attacks paralyzed for a few moments.

Raiton • Myaku Touei no Jutsu [Lightning Release • Pulse Reflection]
- A technique utilizing Lightning Chakra, Diffusion, and Focus
- Handseals: Yes
- Rank: B
- Effect: A skill where the user concentrates a great deal of Electrical Chakra within their hands, shoving it forward in order to halt oncoming projectiles. Another effect of this jutsu is its ability to halt jutsu that are weaker then it. This jutsu does not have an actual chakra cost, but in turn has one that changes depending upon the situation. The more chakra focused, the greater the effect of halting an opposing force.

Raiton • Kumo Dageki no Jutsu [Lightning Release • Cloud Strike Skill]
- A technique utilizing Lightning Chakra, Burst, Focus, and Infuse

- Effect: A skill where the user utilizing a Lightning type Shunshin ability, will flow high up into the sky up into the air. For a few moments they remain stationary, as they come crashing down towards the opponent. Their entire body being a destructive lightning weapon, that when crashing down will create a rather large crater and lay down a hurting on those whom are hit by it.

Raiton • Toruneedo Raitoningu [Lightning Release • Tornado Lightning]
- A skill creating a powerful lightning jutsu, which really does not involve a tornado

- Effect: A lightning jutsu which harnesses a lot of raw lightning power. The main power of this jutsu is creating long extensions of electricity from the hands. Swinging them around, it tears through the surroundings and creates a massive wave of destruction. Leaving the area in a state like it was torn up by a tornado.

Hidden Grass Combo [Hitoshirezu Gurasu Rendan]
- A combo withi
n imbues the user in chakra, a legendary genjutsu that cannot even be seen through with Sharingan of Byukagan. Confusing the opponents vision on the true position of ones body. Thinking the opponent has actually struck the opponent when they have attacked nothing

- Effect: A technique which is used to trick the opponent, into believing they have sufficiently hit the opponent in order to seek out an opening for attack.

Sin of Wrath
- A psychological genjutsu. A quite simple genjutsu really though what it manages to accomplish is truly astounding. The opponent is overcome with a blinding rage towards a person only wanting to accomplish one thing in killing the user, but the benefit of this is that they slip into a mindless rage.
- Handseals: Rooster, Boar, Tiger, Serpent, Monkey, Hare,
- Rank: A
- Effect: A technique which drives the opponent into a powerful madness, making them want nothing more then to kill the user. When this happens, they really rely on brute strength and will barely use ninjutsu or any type of jutsu. However, with the increase in their rage it will increase the opponents strength.

Sin of Lust
- A psychological genjutsu. The person is overcome with the urge to have excitement within any form they want weather it is a desire to sexual in nature or a want to experience pain. They want that particular sensation, and they will go to any means to achieve it even if it means forsaking a battle to do so.
- Handseals: Dragon, Ox, Serpent, Tiger, Boar, Ox
- Rank: A
- Effect: A technique which can make the opponent pretty much forsake the battle in order to fufill a particular desire. However, this can turn on the user if their desire it to inflict pain upon another person.

Five Times in One
- A genjutsu that was developed within the confines of Konohgakure by a rather famous genjutsu master. The genjutsu acquired its name from the abilitity to make the opponent think that a hit scored on him was not one hit but five. It may not seem like a whole bunch, but it can add up if the user uses a ninjutsu or a weapon of some sort.
- Handseals: Ram, Monkey, Ox, Boar, Ram, Serpent, Dragon, Tiger, Ox
- Rank: A
- Effect: Makes the opponent feel as if they have received damage from an attack that is five times stronger. Causing them to feel an intense pain from it, which can hinder battling abilities.

The Hyuuga's earliest memories stem from when he was in the Academy, he was never given a first name due to his parents being cut down soon after he was born. As such he gathered his first nickname, The Hyuuga, he was born to the main branch of the Hyuuga clan.

In the Academy he did well, but he wasn't the head of his class except in Taijutsu. As a genin he could fight as well as a chuunin and his Taijutsu only increased from there. As such he quickly rose to the top of the class in fighting.

His first element was fire, and he learned to mold it into jutsus at a young age his transformations would always go up in a burst of flame. He also learned how to start fire with the of his fingers.

Upon graduation he got placed into team three along with someone who had the earth element whose name was Rica, an uchiha name Kiri, and his sensei Jinn who would later teach him how to control his Water Element.

Genin Arc:

As a genin he went on many low ranked d and c missions through which he became closer to his team. This was when Jinn taught him to control his water element and also how to use Taijutsu better. It was three years before his team went to the chuunin exams due to Rica's slow growth.

Once there they made it through the first two tests with ease, however he was facing Kiri in his first match and if Rica won he would face him as well in the second round. The Hyuuga gave himself a name for the tournament, Plague, and with it he faced off against Kiri. It was a one sided battle the whole time Plague was too fast for Kiri's sharingan and ended it by blocking off the Uchiha's chakra pathways within the first two minuets.

Rica was his next opponent and he created fire clones to get around his many earth barriers the clones swarming around as the real Plague snuck up from behind grabbing Rica by the throat and announcing the contest over. However as soon as he let go and began walking away Rica attacked him in a fit of rage with a rock spear stabbing through his left flank. As Plague coughed up blood he spund around and pointed a hand at Rica shooting fourty lightning bolts at him giving him third degree burns and causing him to collapse to the ground. After this incident he never again talked to Rica and set out as an independent Chuunin.

Chuunin Arc:

It was during this time that Plague began to see that the village upperclass as it really was. It upset him and he drifted away from his clan and the village becoming prone to stay outside the city while training for days on end. This is how he became stronger, within a couple of years he became strong enough to breeze through the jounin exam. After seeing that Plague decided to leave the village.

While on a mission to assassinate a rouge ninja he met up with him and discussed his plan. At first the rouge wanted to just kill him, however it soon became clear that Plague was stronger so he conceded defeat and left for a neighboring country while he transformed into the man and pretended to be dead in the nearest village. After the first person saw him, he transformed into that person and left the village venturing out beyond the fire country.

While escaping he was stopped by Kiri Uchiha who professed her love for him, he replied that he couldn't stand to be in the fire village anymore and gave her his headband with a sigh before running away from her and his village.

Missing Ninja Arc:

When he became a missing ninja he picked up odd missions between the smaller countries gathering money and training extensively. He unlocked the full potential of his Byakugan, and learned most of his jutsus full powers. He also met up with Thumper, and gained his hookshot from killing another rouge ninja.

There soon became three nations which Plague constantly got work from the first being the sound, the second was Rain, and the final was Mist. He soon carved out his own little base in Mist country for his downtime and this is where Thumper stays while not with his Hyuuga master.

Plague Hyuga was in the village of the Mist when the leader of the Akatsuki recruited him. Kratos approached him asking if he wanted a steady pay, and a place in his new organization. Eager to change the world Plague agreed and began to follow the man.


Role Play Sample:
Plague stood with his back to the door theat lead into his office. He peered outside across the village that he had seen built all his life. He could remember back when the village had just been started while he was young. The whole place had grown at the same rate the young Hokage had, and now it was a full village on it's own filled with many ninja.

Suddenly the door behind him opened and in walked two anbu guards reporting for the fifth time that day that the halls were clear. It had become a good way to tell time while he was filling out his paper work, but it was also rather annoying. Like clock work every two hours the same two guards would pop into his room quickly to inform him that all was well, as if he wouldn't notice with his eyes if something was amiss.

Today Plague had sent word for the academy students to be formed into teams of three. Each team to be formed would be lead by a jounin in the village. This would help the young ninja how to learn to work in a team. It would ultimately make the leaf stronger and that is what the Hokage wanted.
